Based on 10+ years of experience in this field, I developed a proven and simple method, the Thrive Pyramid, that encompasses the key elements for thriving, motivated and productive employees. The employee is in its center with leadership, team and diversity enabling the employee to utilize her full potential.
The Thrive Pyramid consists of three stages to thrive:
1. Self-reflection stage: Who are you? What do you stand for? What drives you?
2. Developing stage: What do you want? How can you achieve it?
3. Thriving stage: What keeps you away from pursuing it? What do you need to achieve it?
Starting from the self-reflection stage that builds self-confidence, authenticity and a deeper understanding about oneself, the next step is the developing stage where one defines and engages with goals by building focus, passion and purpose based on the discovery of the first stage. The last stage is to have the courage and resilience of pursuing his or her full potential while giving him or her the tools to overcome any obstacles and break any barriers.
