Former professional road cyclist Monika Sattler is constantly on the lookout for new challenges. In 2018, she became the first woman to ride the 3,300-kilometer Vuelta-a-España route on the same day as the male pros - a record she still holds today. After numerous gravel races in the USA, she has now tackled a crossing of the Alps on the popular all-rounder bike.

The book accompanies them on their six stages from Graun to Lake Garda, tells of the challenges along the way and of the most beautiful moments on the 402 kilometers and 10,440 meters of altitude.
