Top performance & transformation consulting for your company
I support companies in increasing the performance, satisfaction and motivation of their employees and improving their adaptability to change in the long term.
Approach
Initial consultation
In the initial meeting, we get to know each other and discuss the situation and challenges that you would like to tackle. I will also present my approach to collaboration. Together we will check whether your project and my skills are a good match.
Definition of cooperation
If a match is made, the first step is to analyze the challenges, goals and priorities. This is followed by the preparation of a project offer and the definition of the contract. Finally, the time frame, budget and KPIs are agreed.
Analysis
In the next step, we collect all relevant data - be it from documents, discussions or workshops (we agree this together). We then take a close look at the existing processes and structures to find out where things are stuck or what can be improved. This allows us to get to the root causes and uncover potential.
Solution development
Together, we develop suitable strategies and measures to solve problems. Various approaches are tested and evaluated before we present you with our recommendations for action and finalize them. We then draw up a clear and detailed plan so that implementation can begin. This usually takes place on site in the form of a workshop.
Implementation
I support you in implementing the project, e.g. employees are strengthened through targeted coaching and training, while we keep an eye on progress together. And if necessary, we can flexibly adapt the plan to respond to new challenges.
Evaluation
In the final phase, we look back and evaluate the success of the project. We also identify optimization potential and approaches for sustainable success.
My method
The proven tool that I have been using for my coaching sessions for 10 years is my self-developed 6P Success Mindset Model. You can find more details here or in my book "Because success is not what you think it is".
