Program - detailed overview
Week 1: Why a change?
Here we look at the motivations for change and explore how personal and professional goals can be promoted through positive change.
Week 2: How can you make the most of what you have?
In this week, we will look at how you can use your strengths in a targeted way for the upcoming changes. We will also develop strategies that you can use to actively shape and manage the change process.
Week 3: What else do you need?
In this week, we will analyze which resources and support you lack in order to successfully implement the changes and work out strategies together on how you can obtain these in a targeted manner.
Week 4: What are your concrete actions for change?
In the final week, we develop a concrete action plan to help you implement the change in a targeted and successful way.
The program includes:
- 4 x one-hour workshops
- 2x 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with me so that you can discuss your individual situation.
- WhatsApp group for all participants to stay in touch for the whole time and beyond.
- Buddy-up system: Another participant will be your buddy with whom you can discuss the topics in more depth.
- Support: You can reach me via e-mail and WhatsApp for the entire period.
- Tasks: They help you to apply what you have learned profoundly and immediately to your life.
