Procedure
Preliminary talk
(Length approx. 2 hours, approx. 1 month before the workshop): Presentation of the company, especially the previous goals, successes and challenges. In addition, uniqueness and other important factors that are important for strategy development. We also discuss the workshop agenda here.
1- 2 day workshop
Based on the 6P success mindset model, realistic goals are set and concrete measures are taken to achieve them. The 6 Ps are: Purpose (motivation, mission and vision), Potential (strengths and potential), Power (responsibilities and decisions), Perspective (focus and time), People (people, team, leadership), Path (implementation)
Follow-up discussion
for a review of the workshop and potentially further steps to ensure sustainability and accountability.
