How Women Successfully Lead the Way
Women tend to be more hesitant when pursuing big goals, especially in their professional career. When it comes to selling oneself, talking about salary or taking on big responsibilities, women are inclined to undersell themselves. In this workshop, women learn with the RAD method how to boost their self-confidence, overcome challenges, embracing changes and taking risks to thrive and rise to the top.
